The CVweb system consists of two integrated components, namely the CVweb-enabled website and the dashboard. The website provides your online presence where candidates and employers will interact directly with your company. The contents of this website can be easily updated from the user-friendly dashboard. Your consultants and staff will log into this dashboard to process uploaded CVs and vacancies, and perform all the other administrative functions involved in recruitment such as CRM, interviewing, and placement.

The dynamic 7 page CVweb-enabled website will display your company name and logo, and the look and feel of the site can be personalized by selecting your own background, colour scheme and fonts. Depending on your requirements, we will register a new website domain for you or transfer your current domain.

The Home page of the website consists of a brief company introduction, four featured vacancies, register and login for candidates as well as employers (i.e. your clients), plus a vacancy search function. It also displays current news flashes, your company's contact details, and links to your Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn pages.
Additional features include an About Us page and Services page which describes your company and all the specific services offered. The Team page displays information about your staff, and can be edited as employees join or leave your company. On the Vacancies page, candidates are able to search through your vacancy database and then apply for a position or recommend the vacancy to a friend. The News page will display a list of all the newsletters that your company has created and sent.
Lastly, the Contact Us page will feature your company´s contact information, including that of multiple branches (if applicable), and will also display your selected photo images of your offices and a Google map of each location.
Boost your company’s marketing and exposure to a whole new level with Facebook integration.
Visitors and users on your CVweb-enabled website will be able to “Like” the website or any of your featured job vacancies, and this will then be posted directly to their Facebook page for all their friends to see. Plus the featured vacancies on your website will automatically be posted to your company´s Facebook profile.
On your CVweb-enabled website, candidates are requested to register and create an online CV. Whenever necessary, they can securely log in from any internet-connected device and easily update their information. Candidates will also be able to contact their allocated recruitment consultant via email, search vacancies on your website, and apply for a position online. A history of positions applied for and interviews attended can also be viewed.
Provide employers (your clients) with direct access to your CVweb system via username and password. Once registered, the employer is able to create new vacancies for your recruiters to view, update their contact details, and view the profiles of candidates sent to them for interviews. Employers will also receive system reminders and interview notifications, and will be able to capture interview feedback on candidates.
Manage your staff information, clients, vacancies and placements through CVweb. Since your CVweb-enabled website runs directly from your CVweb database, all information displayed on the site will always be current. Recruiters are able to work from a secure online dashboard allowing them access from anywhere including a satellite office, another branch or even home. The CVweb dashboard allows you to assign recruiters to specific industry sectors, which then allows you to allocate all corresponding CVs and vacancies to them. Information handover is seamless when a staff member leaves your company as all work-flow records are stored by CVweb.
As candidates create their CV online and employers upload vacancies, your agency generates its own searchable database. Since this is a closed system database, your valuable information is not shared with other companies. What's more, you can easily bring your current hardcopy CV library online by simply SMSing or emailing candidates and directing them to your website to create their online CV. All captured data (including CVs, vacancies, your staff information, news, etc.) will be accessible through your CVweb-enabled website. The system also allows you to keep a record of all agency job applicant interviews, positions they were put forward for, and feedback from employers after interviews. A "work folder" section contains information about all CVs, vacancies and candidates that recruiters are currently working on.
CVweb keeps records of all contact information relating to your clients, candidates and staff members, making communication a breeze. . Employers and candidates are able to log into your CVweb system via your website and contact their allocated consultant. System reminders can be set for oneself, candidates (e.g. for an upcoming interview) or other staff members. Visitors to your website can recommend the site or a vacancy to someone they feel might be interested through an easy to use feature. In addition, the CVweb system enables you to send newsletters and SMS communication to targeted groups that you have selected from your database.
Keep your CVweb database clean. An inbox function allows every CV and vacancy uploaded via your website to be checked and accepted by one of your recruiters before it is added to your database. Keep track of your recruiters' interviews, placements and billing. See which applicants were put forward for a position, and view captured employer interview feedback for future reference. Plus you are able to customize and control the level of access to each dashboard function for every user.
Customer relationship management (CRM) between your agency and clients is easy with CVweb. Since the system provides a direct online interface between your agency, candidates and employers, you are always connected. Employers and candidates can be reminded of interviews that have been arranged, and reminders can also be set for other administrative tasks, as well as internal company notices and events.
